Some will continue to live with parents or carers.

Some will continue to have support with medical decisions, money, staying safe.

Some will go to college or university. Some will have jobs or volunteer.

But everyone – not just those with FASD – EVERYONE needs support. It’s okay.

If you don’t have any support talk to someone – a  GP, a friend, local social services. Tell them you have (or think you have) a neurodevelopmental disability and you need support.
